- We have a small selection of offices ready to move into immediately. If however we are creating bespoke space to client requirements, then it normally takes 4-6 weeks.
- Do you offer a virtual office product?
- Our virtual product is called Virtuo, and can offer a combination of phone answering, mail handling, meeting rooms and hot desking.
- What size are your offices?
- We start at 190 sq ft, but can create any combination of cellular offices and open plan space up to 6500 sq ft. for a whole wing.
- Do you have any meeting rooms?
- We offer a selection of meeting rooms that can be booked by the hour, the half day or full day. Alternatively if you require guaranteed usage, a meeting room can be created as part of your own space.
- When can we access the building?
- Providing you have your swipe card and key, access is 24/ 7, 365 days a year.
- Are there any hotels nearby?
- Yes, the multi-award winning Thorpe Park Hotel and spa is located a few hundred yards away, and a budget hotel is planned for just across the road. Take a wider look at Thorpe Park.
- What level of deposit is required?
- It is always twice the monthly licence fee
- Can I bring in my own furniture?
- Most clients choose fully furnished, but we have no objection to you using your own. Naturally, if you prefer this option, the price is reduced accordingly.
